Brief Description:  finishing the brake lines.

The first task was to make brake line end fittings. The most difficult part was inerting the brass inserts. I finally used a scriber that was big enough to contain the sharp metal within the brass insert. With the use of heat; boiling water, a hair dryer, and muscle the ten inserts were placed. This facilitated the "cross over" brake lines.
The next task was to drill out the system block edges. I started with a #12 and gradually finished with a 5/16 bit using a battery driven screw driver. The next task was to feed 93 inches of main brake line times 2 below the main bulkhead where the landing gear will reside. I'm glad for long arms!
The final task was to place two lines for the reservoir. All of the brake line except the main, are kind of flapping around. The plans reassure that there is a plan for them.

Image 1 is of the pilot side with the black pedals for sterring, the white "T"s for braking each brake separately, the gold master brake cylinders, and the white tubings. Note the black cushion clamp holding the two main white brake lines toward your right.

Image 2 is from the passenger side.

Image 3 shows the right and left white brake lines going from the brake pedal to the aft of the fuselage.
